Sixteen West Marketplace

Through the use of historic preservation tax credits, the 37,000 square foot Sixteen West Marketplace was redeveloped into a mixed-use facility; one of the most recent in a growing trend of revitalization projects in Downtown Roanoke. The LEED Certified project is home to a wide range of uses including multiple eateries, a fitness center, offices, and apartments.
