Spectrum Design’s Virginia Tech: Payne Hall Wellness Commons was given First Place in the Higher Education category of the ASID Virginia and IIDA Virginia/West Virginia Interior Design Excellence Awards.

In support of Virginia Tech’s emphasis on creating Living / Learning Communities, first floor common spaces in Payne Hall were transformed into vibrant and inviting gathering areas that support the hall’s new theme of Wellness.
