Elmwood Park

Spectrum Design joined the Hill Studio team to generate the amphitheater stage house design. The 4,000+ seat amphitheater sits at the center of the overall improvements to Elmwood Park. The form and material palette of the stage house is derived from nearby historic railyard warehouses. Support areas include a loading dock, restrooms, and staging areas. Careful study was given to optimize the location, acoustic properties, size, proportions, and overall quality of the visitor experience. Spectrum also provided civil engineering services for the full park renovation.
