A leading not-for-profit provider for older adults saw a need to take a strategic planning effort for their Lexington, VA campus in order to expand their offerings and quality of life.
Kendal at Lexington
Since its original development in 2001, the Kendal at Lexington campus has experienced significant growth. Spectrum collaborated with administrators, staff, market researchers, and residents to develop a campus master plan that would guide the future development of their 85 acre campus. Spectrum is currently working on the first phase of work which includes significant expansion for independent living, improved and expanded skilled care nursing, a new dementia/memory care wing and administrative and maintenance facilities.
