Once utilized for manufacturing horse-drawn carriages, a vision for adaptive reuse transformed this turn-of-the-century structure into a new office environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
Spectrum Design Office
At only 25’ wide by 200’ long, the 4-story, 20,000 square foot facility has a unique plan that also affords great opportunities. The long side of the building parallels a public infill plaza lined with Gingko trees, water features and public art. New windows and entrances added overlooking the park bring daylight and views. The interior space is zoned and organized to take advantage of the outdoors while exposed brick walls and wood structure bring a workshop feel to our team of architects and engineers.
